Reading Discovery

Addington School accesses funding to enable us to have a Reading Recovery trained teacher to work with a small number of identified students aged between 6 and 7 years old. This programme involves the child reading and writing one to one with the Reading Discovery teacher for 30 minutes each day for up to 20 weeks. The programme is specifically designed to improve literacy skills.
